Do you know what the worst part about wearing makeup is? Removing it. How many of us feel the same? There have been times when we have just returned home, exhausted, after partying all night and removing makeup is the biggest task on your mind. We do not have motivation but we cannot ignore the fact that  sleeping on it can have an unpleasant aftermath.

Not getting the gunk out of your skin can block the pores on the skin leading to breakouts, rashes and even allergic reactions. Chemical makeup removers are always there, but let's admit it, they are not always the best choice for the skin.
We have found some natural alternatives to regular makeup removers that will not only clear the makeup off your skin but also be gentle with it. And guess what, these products are commonly found in our homes and easily available in the stores.

Here are some smart solutions for makeup removal-- you can thank us later:

Easy and natural ways to remove makeup
Coconut Oil:

Coconut oil is excellent for skin moisturisation and can easily break waterproof makeup formulas. Take a cotton swab, dip it in coconut oil and dab it on your face to help you get rid of the most stubborn and water-resistant makeup. The best part about using coconut oil as a makeup remover is that you will not have to scrub too much.

Baby Oil:

For all you makeup lovers out there, baby oil is your best bet when it comes to getting rid of all the makeup before you go to bed. Just like coconut oil, baby oil too will help you with removing makeup smoothly. Baby oil helps removing the makeup that just doesn’t want to part ways with your face leaving it soft as a baby's bum.

Raw Milk + Almond Oil:

The lactic acid in milk brightens the skin while making it aost naturally. Take the 1-2 tablespooon of raw or fresh milk at normal temperature and mix it with a few drops of sweet almond oil. And ta-da! You have an all-new makeup remover. Almond oil is rich in vitamin E making it extremely good for the skin. Apply this mixture with a cotton swab to your face. This method is not only inexpensive but also a natural cleanser for your face.

Cucumber pulp and water:

Who said cucumbers are only for curing puffy eyes? You can also make a natural makeup remover with cucumbers. Blend a slice of cucumber till it turns into a paste. Add some olive oil to the paste and you’re ready with a cleanser. This method also soothes the skin while removing makeup. You can also strain the cucumber pulp on a muslin cloth to extract the juice and use it to wipe away makeup from your face.

Steaming technique:

Steaming opens the pores, making the skin sweat. This will loosen the makeup particles form the skin which will be easy to wipe away. Use steaming for makeup removal. Fill the sink with hot water and then lean over it for a few minutes till the steam unclogs your pores. This will make it easier for you to remove face makeup along with daily grime that accumulates in the pores.
