In your diet:

 

You can either eat the mango by itself, or blend it into a smoothie and sip on it on a hot summer’s day. Alternatively, you can add it to your breakfast bowl with yogurt and oats.

For Dry Skin - Apply the pulp of a mango, some yogurt and honey on your face as a face mask. Rinse off after 15 to 20  minutes.
