Tomato Juice As A Toner


Tomato juice contains antioxidants that help balance out your skin’s oil levels and control sebum production. This is perfect for people with oily skin that needs to be kept in check. It also has a calm and cooling effect on the skin. Tomatoes have the ability to help reduce the signs of ageing, and tackles and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles. Apply the juice of half a tomato on your face and leave to dry for 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.


Papaya As An Exfoliator


Did you know that papaya contains an enzyme that acts as a natural chemical exfoliator for your skin? As it is a mild exfoliant, it gets along really well with sensitive skin. Soak a cotton ball into the liquid and apply it on the dark circles or spots on your skin. Let the cotton ball sit on the area for 10 minutes before you rinse it off.

Is your skin feeling down and under? Use coffee grounds to instantly uplift itt. Coffee exfoliates the skin, while brightening it. Mix ground coffee powder with turmeric and yogurt to form a thick paste. Apply it on your face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water –– when you’re rinsing off the mixture, make sure you massage your skin in circular motions to help exfoliate your skin.


Chia Seeds To Hydrate Dry Skin


Chia seeds are not just healthy to eat. They are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids that do wonders to your skin. It hydrates and helps soothe inflammation, while  tackling the signs of ageing. Mix some soaked chia seeds with cucumber paste and apply it to your face and neck. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse it off with water. Once again, massage it while you do so that it exfoliates your skin.
