Shimmer wings

Add a sultry smudge to your winged eyeliner look topping it up with shimmer, to match the festive mood.

Inspiration: Glitz and glam

Soft brown smokey eye extended into thick wings. A touch of shimmer matched with radiant skin and soft pink lips  is just what you need for the friday night fever.

INSTRUCTIONS

Recreate this pretty look in 5 easy steps:

Step 1:
After cleansing and moisturising the face, apply Tinted Perfection Base primer all over. Create a medium coverage base using foundation from the Total Makeover FF Cream palette. Blend it evenly across the face with a beauty blender and set the base with Glow to Glamour matte fixing powder.

Step 2:
Contour the face using bronzer from the Chisel It Show Stopper palette. Apply bronzer along the jawline, diagonally across the hollows of the cheeks and the temples. Next, apply blush from the same palette on the cheeks for a flush of colour. Use highlighter on the higher planes of the face like tops of the cheeks, middle of the forehead, bridge of the nose and chin.

Step 3:
Tight line the eyes using Jet Set Eyes black kajal. Apply metallic brown eyeshadow from the Manish Malhotra 9 in1 Rendezvous eyeshadow palette all over the lids. Take a little matte black shadow on the brush and apply on the outer edges of the eyes, shaping into thick wings. Use the same brush to smoke out the kajal on the waterline. Next, apply Powder Magic Eyeshadow Stick in Goldmine over the lids and diffuse using a shader brush. Swipe the eyeshadow pencil along the lower lash line.

Step 4:
Highlight the inner corners of the eyes and brow bone using the champagne eyeshadow pencil in Goldmine. Fill in the brows with Stay Defined HD brow powder and apply a few coats of Threesome Mascara on the upper and lower eyelashes.

Step 5:
Moisturise the lips and swipe on a rosy pink lipstick like the Manish Malhotra Hi-Shine Lipstick in Wild Rose.
