After seasons of minimalist makeup, the bold eye makeup has taken centre stage. Summer is the time to stand out with luscious and jewel tones colours ranging from emerald, sapphire, amethyst to aquamarine and hot pink.
Inspiration: Vibrant summer
A medley of rich and vibrant shades like purple and blues blended together to replicate the colour of gemstones like sapphire and amethyst. A hint of shimmery eyeshadow on the eyes with matching lips makes for head-turning and intense party makeup.
Recreate this fab look in 5 easy steps:
Step 1:Start by smudging Jet Set Eyes black creamy kajal on eyelids as base. Using a brush, spread it evenly across the lids, keeping it well within the eye crease.
Step 2:Prime the eye with eye primer and apply a dash of purple eyeshadow on the inner corners of the eyes from All Eye Need Velvette palette.
Step 3:Apply bright blue eyeshadow on the centre of the eyelids from All Eye Need Dare to Wear palette followed by dark blue eyeshadow on the outer corner of the eyelids from All Eye Need Picture Perfect palette. Blend away for a nice jewel-tone effect.
Step 4:Layer the colours similarly on the lower lash line. Apply a few coats of Threesome Mascara on the lashes.
Step 5: Moisturise the lips and apply Beauty Shot purple lipstick. Dab some purple eyeshadow on the centre of the lip from All Eye Need Velvette palette.Watch our YouTube video and learn in detail how to create this look.
