Here’ how to get this look:

Step 1:
Cleanse, tone and moisturise the facial skin. Apply Tinted Perfection Base Primer for a smooth base. Apply foundation from the Total Makeover FF Cream palette and blend it evenly across the face with a beauty blender. Set the base with Glow to Glamour matte fixing powder.

Step 2:
Start by dusting blue eyeshadow from the All Eye Need Picture Perfect palette all over the upper half of the face. Use a fluffy brush to cover a wider area and to spread the product evenly across the face. Strat at the temple, moving over to forehead, the bridge of the nose, eyelids, the other temple, back to forehead followed by area under the eyes and rest of the nose. Be careful not to cover the entire face with the blue shadow.

Step 3:
Next, take a deeper/different shade of blue from the All Eye Need Dare to Wear palette on an eyeshadow brush and apply around the eye sockets. Blend well so that it merges with he other blue.

Step 4:
Now, add more intensity with a third shade of blue from the All Eye Need All That Jazz palette. Use it sparingly on the eye crease and sides of the forehead. Blend with a fluffy brush for a seamless finish.

Step 5:
Apply black eyeshadow on the eyelids and along the lower lash line. Smudge the black shadow to achieve a smoky effect. Tap on some bright blue glitter on the lids. Darken the brows using the Stay Defined HD brow powder. Threesome Mascara on the eyelashes gives them length and drama. Wear falsies if you want.

Step 6:
Take white eyeshadow on a shader brush and dot it along the cheekbones, around the eyes, on the forehead. Using gentle circular motions, blend the white eyeshadow into he blue base. Do not be harsh while blending as it’ll erase the white effect. Highlight the cheekbones ad the brow bone area using highlighter from the Chisel It Game Face palette.

Step 7:
Use white face paint to draw streaks of lightning all over the face. Use a fine brush to paint fine/thin bolts of lightning. Let it dry completely before touching.

Step 8:
Swipe on the Colour Fusion Mystique plumping lip gloss and you are ready to show off.
