To make this green juice for glowing skin, you will need six ingredients.

Here's What You Will Need:

  • Amla (Rich in Antioxidants and Vitamin C)
  • Kale (Rich in Vitamins A, B, C and K)
  • Spinach (Rich in Vitamins A, C and K)
  • Lemon (Rich in Vitamin C)
  • Ginger (Rich in Antioxidants)
  • Celery (Rich in Vitamins C, E and Beta-carotene) 

Here's How To Make It:

Step 1: Wash all the vegetables with water well, and later, slice them into fine pieces.

Step 2: Toss them into a grinder and add 1 cup of water.

Step 3: Turn on the mixer and leave it on for a minute. 

Step 4: Pour the mix into a strainer, and then, into a bowl/glass
