Christmas Makeup #1

Christmastide: Gala Ready

Getting ready for your Christmas dance and don’t know what makeup to rock with your gorgeous gown. Well, DJ Sangeeta shares her favourite makeup look that will look gorgeous on just about anyone. Follow these steps to create this makeup look that will leave you feeling glamorous and have your partner staring at you the entire night.

  • Begin by applying a maroon shade on your crease and upper lash line. Once you’re done with the maroon shade, go on and cover your lids with a brown shade and blend it well.
  • Next, make your eyes pop by dabbing on a metallic copper shade.
  • Your eye look isn’t done yet. Next, define your eyes by using a black kajal on your upper lash line and add a little twist to your lower lash line by adding a blue liner and smudge it out.
  • Once you’re done with your eyes, it’s time for the rest of your face. Smile and add a bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks to get that rosy glow.
  • For a luminous glow, apply highlighter in a diagonal line on your cheekbones and blend it well.
  • If you want to really make your eyes stand out then add some red glitter chunks on your eyelids.
  • Finally, it’s time for your lips. Pucker up by first applying a red lipliner and later proceed to apply red lipstick to complete your look.
