Destination weddings are a Whole. Lotta. Fun. We’d shamelessly self-invite ourselves to one. The only tricky part? The beauty and skincare regime that tends to fall short.

Your everyday beauty routine may not suffice in the hot/balmy/cold/who-knows-what weather of the destination. But that doesn’t mean it has to come in the way of you looking your alluring, radiant best. These essentials, chosen keeping the climate in mind, will make your beauty and skincare regime a breeze, no matter where you are celebrating.

Cleansing

Pack a creamy, hydrating body wash if you’re going to a cold, windy place, and a gel based, light and fresh one if you’re headed to a balmy beach destination. Dry, flaky skin is not what you want showing through that sexy choli. The same rules apply for face wash. Remember to pack a cleansing milk or micellar water to gently but thoroughly remove all traces of make-up at the end of the day. And use a scrub to exfoliate, preferably at night, before sleeping.

Make-up

Ideally, carry waterproof make-up to hold up against bright lights, hot sun, beach air, and what not. Make-up should include the basics, which you can then mix and match, according to your outfit.
