For all the Indian food lovers, here’s how you can make authentic coconut chutney at home…

Ingredients needed to make coconut chutney:

Roasted chana dal 1 tbsp

Green Chillies 2

Ginger 1 tsp

Water to blend

Diced coconut 1 cup

Curd 1 tbsp

Lemon 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Water 1/2 cup

For tempering:

Oil 1 tsp

Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves 4-5

Dry red chilli 1

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

How to make coconut chutney

- Take all the ingredients in a mixer and grind them.

- Once you are ready with the paste, make the tempering and pour it all over. Tastes good when chilled.
