MYGLAMM strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur.
MYGLAMM cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Clause 8 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns) below, if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, MYGLAMM shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered has already been availed by you. In the event that MYGLAMM accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or text message on your registered mobile number or through any other suitable mode of communication that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to MYGLAMM’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MYGLAMM. MYGLAMM may revise and cease to make available any product at anytime. Customer Service Desk
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Our Products will be in branded shipper carton, inside shipper carton, product’s mono carton will be covered with bubble wrap. Shipper carton will be covered with tamper proof security envelop. Bubble wrap will reduce transit damage (Fragile items like bottles are safely secured with this bubble wrap.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our logistic partners warehouse.
We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

Unfortunately, MYGLAMM does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and we will refund the reward points used to maximum extent possible and balance by the original mode of payment. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within minimum 24-48 business hours.
In case of cancellation before shipment, we will refund the reward points used to maximum extent possible and balance by the original mode of payment. we process the refund within minimum 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our logistics partner's warehouse.
o For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
o For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email or as provided in your registered account with us. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
MyGlamm offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 14 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (email@example.com) within 14 business days of receiving the order. Order can also be requested for return on website app.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Return request will be evaluated before approval.
Step 3: Once it is approved, we will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds. The availability of the products and services described on the Site, and the descriptions of such products and services, may vary based on location and timing.
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our logistics partner's warehouse.

As an individual or an organization promoting MyGlamm products, you have an option of converting your reward points into currency at a conversion rate of INR for 1 reward point. An affiliate link is a link for any page on the MyGlamm website embedded with your referral code for the purpose of tracking the source of the referral.
A virtual online party is a curated collection of MyGlamm products by any member of MyGlamm through which he can extend a special discount (according to the member’s membership level) to the buyers.
A party link is a link for your virtual online party that you have hosted on the MyGlamm web platform.
A direct referral for a member is a person who has registered on the MyGlamm platform through that member by registering through his affiliate party link or by using the member’s referral code.
An indirect referral for a member is a person who has registered on the MyGlamm platform through that member’s direct referral by registering through his direct referral’s affiliate party link or by using the member’s direct referral’s referral code. Any member more than 5 levels down from a member is excluded from his indirect referrals

Once you reach a specific reward level within MyGlamm Rewards Program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level only. Your level for a month is determined by the value of sales that you have made in that particular month. Your level is reset at the beginning of every month to one level below your level for the previous month. Any adjustment in the amount of reward points according to the changes in the reward level at the end of the month will reflect in the Glamm Point reserve will be made after the month is over. MyGlamm reserves a right to change the rules and /or mechanism and / or values through which these reward Points be redeemed and /or used. MyGlamm shall not be responsible for any errors in the technologies used to calculate customers reward points earned or used.
Please note that reward points accumulated for each level will only be valid for twelve (12) months from the date you reach the particular level.

The reward for network building by recommending MyGlamm products is given in the form of glammPOINTS which can be encashed or used to buy MyGlamm products.
To enroll as a Beauty Guide, an applicant needs to register through the website www.myglamm.com or MyGlamm mobile application and buy a Beauty Kit.
Beauty Kit is a set of MyGlamm Products from various categories at a discounted price. The Products from the Beauty Kit cannot be sold to anyone and they are for personal and professional use.
Beauty Guides can recommend MyGlamm products through various means but not limited to; social media, MyGlamm offline events or though one-on-one interactions.
Prior permission should be taken from MyGlamm for any event conducted by Beauty Guide. No social media handle / page with headline “MyGlamm” can be created.
On becoming a MyGlamm Beauty Guide, you need to maintain a level in order to earn reward points as glammPOINTS. The levels are determined by monthly direct sales generated through recommending MyGlamm products using their referral code.
The glammPOINTS can be earned by the Beauty Guide through Direct Sales and Circles Sales.
glammPOINTS will be rewarded based on the current level of the member. At the end of every month, glammPOINTS will be reconciled based on the level of the member at the end of the month. For example, If a member starts with Silver level and reaches Platinum level at the end of the month, the glammPOINTS for the whole month will be reconciled based on final level i.e. Platinum level and added to member’s account.
Membership levels are reset to a level below current level on 1st of every month. The membership level will remain unchanged for the upcoming month, for the members who have signed up 5 days prior to end of the month.
At no point the glammPOINTS can be sold or transferred to another person by the Beauty Guide. MyGlamm will not be responsible for any loss or misuse of glammPOINTS. Beauty Guide is solely responsible to check that the glammPOINTS have been properly credited to its account and he/she needs to check the balance on a periodical basis. No request for retrospective credit of glammPOINTS will be entertained unless otherwise specified.
