Beauties all over the world rely on their good ol’ lip liners to overdraw their lips or even a few lip plumping products to make ’em look fuller. Although, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing that, why not do something that can permanently make them appear bigger…without spending even any money!

Did you know that as we grow older, our lips get smaller? If you want your lips to make a statement while you’re aging gracefully, then incorporate these facial exercises into your daily routine!

– Always start your exercise with a clear mind. It’s better if you focus all your energy on your facial exercises and keep the mind free.

– Always drink a glass of water before starting with your facial yoga.

– As you’ll be moving and stretching your mouth a lot, always apply a lip balm before starting.

Show Yourself Some Love

Let’s start this facial yoga journey with the easiest one!

Stand in front of the mirror and start blowing kisses at yourself nonstop. Do this for 30 seconds first, take a breather for 5-10 seconds, and then again do it for a minute. Repeat three times.

Do this facial yoga twice a day and not only it’ll make your lips look fuller but it’ll also help carve those *Kareena wale cheekbones*

Let’s Become A Gubbara

Sit in a relaxed position and look straight. Suck a mouthful of air and make sure your cheeks look ‘half’ swollen. Now, move the air inside your cheeks from one cheek to another. Do this 10 times, take a 10-second break, and repeat. Do this 3-4 times at a stretch.

Do this easy facial yoga twice a day as it also reduces marionette lines around the mouth.

Something Feels Fishy…

We all love to pout as soon as the camera faces us, right? Well, it’s time to take that one step further.

Suck the sides of your face to make a silly fish face and then move your lips up and down. Try holding your lips in the said position for at least 10 seconds before taking a breather.

Do this 15-20 times in a stretch before stopping and twice a day to see results.

Let’s Press & Plump Thy Lips

For this exercise, you’ll also require your hands. So make sure that they are clean before starting.

Open your mouth gently and start pressing your lips. Do the upper lip first for about 30 seconds before moving to the lower lip. Repeat twice.

Do this simple exercise thrice a day. This will get the blood pumping, making your lips look fuller and even pinkier.

Pop & Pout

Sit with your legs crossed and look straight. Now, bring your lips together, press them inwards (into your mouth) and open them suddenly, making a popping noise. Do this ten times, take a 10-second break and then take a break again. Repeat thrice.

Do this twice a day at least if you want your lips to look bigger and better!
