Only registered members (glammINSIDERS) are eligible to avail the refer and earn benefits. The friend being referred, cannot be an existing MyGlamm member, they must be a NEW user, in order for the referrer to earn any referral benefits/ value-adds. REFERRAL PROGRAM: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to MyGlamm. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 that requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of MyGlamm marketplace platform (hereinafter referred to as "MyGlamm").
Your use of the MyGlamm and tools are governed by "Terms of Use" as applicable to the MyGlamm including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the MyGlamm, you shall be contracting with Sanghvi Beauty & Technologies Private Limited (formerly known as Sanghvi Technologies Private Limited) and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations with MyGlamm.
In these terms, references to " you", " user", " your" shall mean the end user/customer accessing MyGlamm App or MyGlamm website. The term " MyGlamm", " we", " us", " our" " Company" shall mean Sanghvi Beauty & Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates.
For the purpose of this referral program:
- An existing user of the MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website who invites his/her friends to download and use the MyGlamm App by sharing his/her referral code/link shall be termed as the Referrer
- A new user who downloads and signs-up with the MyGlamm App for the first time on a device on which MyGlamm App was not installed earlier, OR log-in through MyGlamm Website i.e. www.myglamm.com after using the referral code of an existing MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website user shall be termed as the Referee/Referral.
The referral program shall work on the following terms and conditions:
- Only the existing user (termed as ‘glammINSIDER’) of the MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website can refer the referral link. If you are not a user of MyGlamm then, you are first required to register by log-in through MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website. After you have completed your registration you can start referring to your friends/ relatives etc.
- Once you share referral link of the MyGlamm app / MyGlamm Website via SMS or through your Social Media, Email on the Desktop & Mobile site and even via WhatsApp by using MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website, that will direct Referee to download the MyGlamm App from Google Play Store or iOS App Store to get himself/herself register as MyGlamm user.
- When the Referee, who had registered through using your referral link, they become part of your glammCIRCLE and on their first purchases of any MyGlamm product/s and on successful delivery of the order; the Referee shall receive glammPOINTS worth Rs. 150/-. Here 1 glammPOINT shall be equal to Rs.1/- which shall be redeemable on purchase of any MyGlamm product through MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website.
- On Referee’s first purchase and on successful delivery of the order, you are being a Referrer shall get a coupon code worth the product order value through your registered e-mail id and SMs that can be redeemed by applying the code in the ‘Discount Code’ in your dashboard while placing your order. Additionally, Referee shall continue to earn cash backs up to 25% on every purchase the Referee makes from there on. However, no product shall be sent to Referral directly as a referral earning.
- These 150 glammPOINTS and the coupon code will be taken back/inactive if the Referee returns or exchange any products.
- Rewards under this program shall be given in the form of glammPOINTS to the Referral. Usage/redemption of glammPOINTS will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- glammPOINTS can be used only for making a purchase of the products on the MyGlamm app/MyGlamm Website. These cannot be taken as cash-back or transferred to a bank account.
- glammPOINTS cannot be transferred from one MyGlamm account to another.
- These glammPOINTS need to be redeemed within 365 days from the day they become active.
- MyGlamm reserves the right to change/modify these usage criteria. In that event, the user shall be notified.
- Rewards under this program shall be given in the form of coupon code via email, Push notifications, SMS to the Referrer. Usage/redemption of coupon code will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- A coupon code can be used only for making a purchase of the products on the MyGlamm app/MyGlamm Website. These cannot be taken as cash-back or transferred to a bank account.
- These coupon code need to be redeemed within 365 days from the day they become active. Post that these points will expire.
- MyGlamm reserves the right to change/modify these usage criteria without notifying to the users.
- Any fraud or abuse concerning the program is subject to strict administrative and/or legal action by us, including but not limited to the reversal of referral reward and/or termination of membership. A fraud encompasses:
- If a user is found referring to himself using multiple IDs or phone numbers.
- If a user is found making multiple successful referrals and redeeming his/her referral rewards and then a majority of his/her Referees return/cancel their orders.
- Any other attempt to take unfair advantage, as deemed by us, of the Referral Program.
- Participation in the MyGlamm Referral Program may require you to submit personal information about you and the users you refer, such as name and email address. You agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the MyGlamm Referral Program, and to allow us to communicate with your friends about your participation (for example, by disclosing to your friends that an invitation was sent by you). Any information collected from you or your referred users as part of the MyGlamm Referral Program shall be subject to MyGlamm's Privacy Policy.
Contact Information:
- For the purpose of the offer, any data shared with Company will only be used to refer the Company's services to the contacts available on the customer's device, upon such customer according express permission to MyGlamm to access its phone directory. By way of such express permission, the customer allows Company to send referrals to contacts on such customer's phonebook for usage of MyGlamm app. Customer agrees that Company, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, may collect and use technical data such as its IP address, device ID, usage data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about the mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to the customer related to the MyGlamm App. Customer further agrees and guarantees that, on its acceptance to participate in the Offer, it has expressly consented to the Company to collect, use and share certain information regarding the contacts contained in customer device's phone book ("Contact Information") with other users in accordance with the Privacy Policy in order to provide the benefits of the offer. Customer expressly acknowledge and agree that in order to avail the offer and to enable the Company to provide the benefits thereunder, Company may periodically access the Contact Information to find and keep track of mobile phone numbers and other information of other users of the offer. By allowing Contact Information to be collected, customer give the Company a right to use that Contact Information and guarantees that it has any and all permissions required to share such Contact Information with the Company. Customer retains the right to opt-out to prevent the sharing of Contact Information at any time.
- Upon customer's consent, the customer's Contact Information shall be synced with MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website. Post such sync, the customer would be able to view its contact list on the MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website - whether such contacts are existing registered MyGlamm customers' or not. In case any of the contacts are not registered, the customer shall have the option of inviting such contacts to use the MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website.
- The offer is protected by intellectual property laws. Company shall retain ownership in and to the offer and to all related intellectual property rights, including without limitation trademarks, trade names, database rights. You are granted only a limited right to avail certain defined benefits vide the this offer, subject to these terms and conditions.
- Company hereby excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all liability which may arise from customer's sending messages/invites to its contacts or other third party, including but not limited to, any action or claim regarding spamming.
- Customer's right to avail the benefits under the offer shall continue until such time that Company, at its sole discretion and without the obligation of a notice, terminates the offer. The customer may terminate these at any time by uninstalling the MyGlamm App. These terms will automatically terminate if customer fails substantially to comply with them. Upon termination by customer, or by Company due to customer's breach of these terms, customer may not be entitles to any outstanding benefits of the offer.
- These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the other terms and conditions of the usage of the MyGlamm App / MyGlamm Website available at https://www.myglamm.com/policies/
- We may terminate your eligibility for a referral program or terminate your account, or the accounts of MyGlamm members you refer, if you or they take any of the following actions:
- Open multiple accounts, including different email addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional referral rewards.
- Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.
- Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us.
- Offer incentives to others to sign-up with MyGlamm using your referral code.
- Violate these terms or any other terms and conditions on MyGlamm.
- Participate in the MyGlamm Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
- We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you to add to, remove or otherwise change the terms of this program, including but not limited to:
- Modifying the amount of the referral rewards.
- Modifying the eligibility criteria for the Referee and/or the Referrer.
- Modifying when the referral reward is given to the Referee and/or the Referrer.
- Modifying how you may use the referral rewards earned through this program.
- Requiring minimum purchase amounts for the redemption of referral reward.
- Instituting a cap on the maximum number of successful referrals for which the Referrer earns rewards.
- Modifying the maximum amount of referral rewards that one may earn.
- Discontinuing the MyGlamm Referral Program entirely.
- We shall post an updated version of these terms on the MyGlamm App, and you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the MyGlamm App or the MyGlamm Referral Program after the date such changes are posted.
- This is a limited period offer and is subject to change, at the sole discretion of MyGlamm.
- MyGlamm reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this Program at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure by the Company, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
- This program is valid only on MyGlamm mobile application (on Android, iOS and Windows platforms) and on MyGlamm Website and no other website/mobile application.
- Customers agree to be bound by these “Terms and Conditions”, the “Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy” and other relevant documentation that are available on MyGlamm Mobile App/website including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make.
- All disputes arising out of the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, India.
